How ACHISE bills for work, how payments are made and verified, and what you can expect at each step.
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Applies to: payments made to ACHISE through https://achise.in
Every payable record we issue carries an ACHISE reference number in the form ACHISE/BILL/YYYY/NNNNNN. The reference is how a payment is matched to the work it belongs to, and it is the only thing you need in order to pay — there is no account to create and no password to remember.
A reference number, once issued, is never reused and never reassigned. If the amount of a bill has to change, we record an adjustment against it rather than overwriting the original figure, so the history of what was billed remains intact and inspectable.
Bills are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the engagement agreement states otherwise. Amounts shown in the Payment Centre are the amounts payable: the bill total, anything already received, anything awaiting verification, and the balance due.
Taxes, where applicable, are shown on the bill. A payment receipt issued by this site is a record of money received and is not a tax invoice; where a tax invoice is required it is issued separately.
If online payment is temporarily unavailable, your bill and your reference remain valid and payable by transfer. Availability of a particular payment method is never a reason for a bill to lapse.
A payment is treated as received only after we have verified it independently:
Submitting a payment through this website does not, by itself, mark a bill as paid. This protects both parties: no record can be marked settled without evidence that money actually moved.
Once a payment is verified, ACHISE issues a numbered receipt (ACHISE/RCP/YYYY/NNNNNN) recording the amount, the purpose, the payment method, the related bill and the date. You can retrieve it at any time from the receipt page using its reference, and we send it to the address on record where an email provider is configured.
Where a bill states a due date, payment is expected by that date. Milestone and stage payments fall due as set out in the engagement agreement. Prolonged non-payment may lead us to pause work on the affected engagement; where that applies, the terms and any notice period are set out in the signed agreement rather than here.
Where a service is billed on a recurring basis, a recurring arrangement is only ever set up with your explicit authorisation through the payment provider’s mandate flow. ACHISE cannot and does not enable automatic payment on your behalf. You will be notified before a recurring debit in line with the provider’s rules, and you may cancel a mandate at any time — cancelling a mandate does not by itself cancel the underlying service, which is governed by your agreement.
A failed payment takes nothing from you and leaves the bill unchanged. If a payment is taken twice for the same bill, the duplicate is refunded to the original payment method. If you believe a payment has been applied incorrectly, email contact@achise.in with the reference and we will reconcile it against our records and the provider’s.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Card details are never stored by ACHISE; where online payment is enabled, they are handled entirely within the payment provider’s compliant environment. ACHISE will never ask you for a card number, PIN, CVV or one-time password by email, message or telephone. If you receive such a request, do not respond — contact us at contact@achise.in.
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you make a payment is the version that applies to it. Terms in a signed engagement agreement prevail over these terms for that engagement.
Billing questions go to contact@achise.in. ACHISE is the official business operating https://achise.in.
