These terms govern your use of https://achise.in and describe the basis on which ACHISE provides software engineering and artificial intelligence services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Applies to: https://achise.in
This website is operated by ACHISE, the business that owns and operates https://achise.in. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
In these terms, “ACHISE”, “we”, “ us” and “our” refer to ACHISE; “you ” refers to the person or organisation using this website or engaging our services.
You agree to use this website lawfully, and specifically not to:
The content of this website is provided for general information about ACHISE and its services. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it does not form an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this website creates a contract between you and ACHISE.
Services are provided only under a separate written agreement between ACHISE and the client. That agreement — together with any statement of work, proposal or schedule attached to it — governs scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, acceptance, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties and liability for the engagement. Where these website terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the services agreement prevails for that engagement.
Estimates and indicative timelines shared before or during discovery are based on the information available at that time and are not fixed quotations unless expressly stated as such in a signed agreement.
All content on this website — including text, design, layout, graphics, the ACHISE name, the ACHISE flame mark and source code — is owned by ACHISE or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written permission.
Ownership of work produced for a client is governed by the relevant services agreement. Our standard position is that, upon full payment of the fees due, the client owns the custom source code and deliverables created specifically for them. Pre-existing materials, general know-how, and open-source components remain subject to their own ownership and licence terms.
Software we deliver may incorporate open-source libraries and third-party services. Those components are governed by their respective licences and terms, which we will identify where relevant. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or terms of third-party platforms outside our control.
Information shared with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was shared. We are happy to enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions where you require one.
We aim to keep this website available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend, withdraw or modify all or part of the website without notice for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly stated in these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACHISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the applicable services agreement.
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies. The effective date above indicates when these terms were last revised.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Disputes arising from a client engagement are governed by the dispute resolution provisions of the applicable services agreement.
Questions about these terms should be sent to contact@achise.in. ACHISE is the official business operating https://achise.in.
