We design and operate cloud environments as code. Networking, compute, data stores, secrets, identity and policy are defined in Terraform, reviewed like application code, and applied through pipelines — so environments are reproducible and drift is visible.
Migrations are staged and reversible. We assess the existing estate, choose honestly between rehosting, re-platforming and re-architecting for each workload, run parallel operation with verified data parity, and cut over only when rollback is proven.
Cost is treated as an engineering metric. Right-sized compute, storage lifecycle policies, autoscaling tuned to real traffic shapes, caching at the correct layer, and tagging that lets you see spend per product, per environment and per customer.
